DELIVERY
Order are usually dispatched within 5 working days, usually sooner.
We always do our best to process your order as soon as possible. Please
make sure the address you give us has no spelling mistakes as we cannot
be held responsible for orders going astray due to incorrect address
information.
If paying by cheque, your order will only be dispatched once the cheque
has been cleared.
PAYMENT
We always require payment before the goods are despatched, even
on larger orders unless agreement is made otherwise with ourselves.
Credit and debit card payment on the website is encrypted and processed
on behalf of PayPal and we do not hold any of your credit or debit
card details. We also accept cheque and postal orders.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or disclose any of your details to third parties.
PRINT & GARMENT
Due to the heat and pressure used in our processes, we cannot guarantee
to match the colours in artwork sent to us.
We cannot be held responsible for the quality of Artwork sent in
low resolution which may look fine on the screen, but not necessarily
when printed.
If there is a mistake in spelling or any other error due to the
customer making a mistake then we cannot replace the goods or give
any refund. Please double check all spelling before ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to garments that
have been tumble dried or washed at temperatures above 40 degrees.
RETURNS
If the goods are faulty in any way then we will be happy to give
you a replacement or fully refund you the price of the goods. Please
return goods within 7 days.

If you are not happy or would like to make a complaint then you
